We focus completely on Victoria’s Missing Middle Housing. This allows us to develop efficiencies and economies of scale through both volume and repetition (increased learning) Our laser focus, plus our first mover advantage, has us miles ahead of the competition. Our 3 year plan includes integration of AI and Robotics to further increase our efficiencies.
Investor Protection
I am passionate about investor protection. The last few years in the industry have been hard, with many project owners and investors losing substantial amounts of money. I know what it’s like to have someone mismanage your investment dollars. Having been on the receiving end of projects and people gone bad, I work hard to give investors both the best experience and investment possible. I always put my investors first and always work to protect them, and their capital.
